  • Real estate managing broker and LLC fined $2,500 jointly and severally for unlicensed practice and misrepresentation in advertising. LLC shall cease and desist unlicensed practice of real estate.
  • Real estate broker license revoked and fined $5,000 for using a lockbox to gain entry into a property without authority.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $2,500 and suspended for a minimum period of 6 months for failure to respond to the Department’s requests in an audit.
  • Real estate broker license revoked and fined $225,000 for failing to return earnest money, failing to timely account for all monies received from a client, failing to promote the best interest of a client, and unprofessional conduct and failure to exercise reasonable care in skill in the performance of brokerage services.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $1,000 for serving as a dual agent in a transaction where they had an ownership interest in the property involved and failing to disclose, in writing, their status as a licensee to all parties in the transaction.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $25,000 and shall cease and desist in the unlicensed practice of real estate for deceiving their client into allowing a personal lease where five months rent was never paid.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $2,500 and complete coursework for engaging in dual agency without the informed written consent of all parties and while prohibited, failing to disclose their license status in writing to all parties in a transaction, and receiving compensation from one other than his sponsoring broker.
  • Real estate broker license and LLC fined $6,000 jointly and severally for aiding and abetting unlicensed practice, providing property management services through a real estate entity that was not their sponsoring brokerage, and failing to timely remit funds to a client. LLC ordered to cease and desist unlicensed practice.
  • Real estate broker license fined $1,000 and ordered to cease and desist accepting compensation for licensed activities from one other than their sponsoring broker for receiving compensation from someone other than their sponsoring broker, for engaging in unprofessional conduct, and for failing to promote their client’s best interest.
  • Real estate managing broker license surrendered because of sister state discipline from the State of Indiana suspending their Indiana Real Estate Broker license.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $1,500 and ordered to complete coursework for failing to supervise the activities of sponsored licensees and failing to timely account for money received in which the client has, may have, or should have an interest.
  • Real estate broker license is granted on a probationary basis due to prior license discipline and their failure to disclose that discipline on their real estate broker license application.
  • Real estate leasing agent license revoked and fined $5,000 for failing to remit moneys that belonged to their employer.
  • Real estate broker license granted and placed on probation for a minimum period of two years due to prior criminal convictions.
  • Real estate leasing agent license revoked, fined $5,000 for practicing real estate while not sponsored, aided and abetted unlicensed practice and failed to account for or to remit any moneys or documents coming into their possession that belonged to others.
  • Real estate managing broker and real estate limited liability company are fined $1,500 jointly and severally for causing leasing agent applications to be submitted late or sometimes not at all resulting in the unlicensed practice of some leasing agents before their licenses were granted.
